At the beginning of your working partnership with HR&OD Business Solutions, our HR experts will carry out an in-depth consultation to gather insight into your business’s unique environment, we will review past issues and discuss any current HR concerns you may be facing.
Our objective is to support your organisation in proactively managing HR challenges, while assisting you to identify and apply any improvements required.
Some of our bundles are priced on an ongoing service (please see below), while others are charged based on hourly support. This is determined by the level of support that is required. We have found that offering this flexibility ensures that our clients get the best value for their money.
All ongoing agreements are offered on a 12-month term. Review and renewal dates are communicated with our clients and outlined in a Service Level Agreement (SLA). We offer full transparency in our dealings with our clients.
