HR&OD Business Solutions was founded with a simple yet powerful vision: to create a business that helps organisations thrive and allows for a healthy work-life balance. Our journey began in 1996 when our founder started in HR and Operations on the YTS scheme, working across Health and Education Settings. Over the years, dedication and hard work led to senior positions, culminating in a role as Senior HR Manager.

In 2017, driven by the desire to bring more balance to life and work, the decision was made to start HR&OD Business Solutions. The goal was to offer expert HR and Organisational Development services while maintaining the flexibility needed to priorities family. What started as a one person venture has since grown steadily, with the same passion and commitment fuelling our progress.

Since our inception in 2017, HR&OD Business Solutions has grown from a single employee to a thriving team. We proudly celebrated our first year with just one employee, and by January 2023, our team expanded to19 employees. Today, we are a team of 30 talented professionals, each dedicated to supporting our clients and furthering our mission of nurturing success with balance.
